Monitoring Report

Provides information on missing data, backdated visits and fields marked as didn't ask during the reporting period.

• A|Missing Data Agencies that have not recorded any visits. The report will show the last visit date for the agencies without data.
• Backdating The total number of backdated visits (visits recorded at least one day after the actual visit took place) at agencies.
• Data Integrity The total number of duplicate pairings (two individual profiles matching at least one of the following criteria: 1) First Name + Last Name 2) First Name + Date of Birth 3) Last Name + Date of Birth) by agency and the number of times each agency selected "Undisclosed" or "Unknown" for certain fields. NOTE: Each household/individual is only counted once.
