Generic Program Report

Provides reports on bulk programs including meal and snack programs.

• Any Program Type (Duplicated) Reports on all clients served across any program type by agency. This is a potentially duplicated count as program visits are anonymous.
• Breakfast Programs (Duplicated) Reports on all clients served on any breakfast program by agency. This is a potentially duplicated count as program visits are anonymous.
• Bulk Recording Categories Reports on the data recorded for the custom bulk recording categories created for the network. These counts are not strictly tied to client visits.
• Meal Programs (Duplicated) Reports on all clients served on any meal program by agency. This is a potentially duplicated count as program visits are anonymous.
• Multi-Service Programs (Duplicated) Reports on all clients served on any multi-service program by agency during the reporting period. This is a potentially duplicated count as program visits are anonymous.
• Snack Programs (Duplicated) Reports on all clients served on any snack program by agency. This is a potentially duplicated count as program visits are anonymous.
• Total People Served by Program Name (Duplicated) Reports on the total number of people served by each program offered during the reporting period. This is a duplicated count, so each person will be counted more than once. This is across all program types during the reporting period. NOTE: This report includes anonymous visits and will not match duplicated households served.
• Total Visits by Program Name (Duplicated) Reports on the total number of visits to each program offered during the reporting period. This is the number of households and not individuals served regardless of the number of visits, to each program during the reporting period. NOTE: This report includes anonymous visits and will not match duplicated households served.
